Reform Medicaid and other

President Obama's healthcare reform really scares me, with reason. Forced insurance after 1 year, if you do not have an insurance company. Forced!
And whats wrong with Medicaid? It is available to everyone, except the single and healthy. They only need to expand Medicaid to include this group, and put a watchdog in place. This would be much cheaper than what he is proposing.
I have SLE Lupus. I was diagnosed in 1993. I have ANA, Sjorgrens, Ranauds, Fybromyalsia, arthritis. bladder problem, with lupus in esophagus, stomach and bowels, a partially calcified kidney with kidney stones. The ANA trashed my upper gums of my mouth, my skin, and eyes.
I have tests all the time, but they are first passed by my PMC, then one of my specialists beforehand. I think that there does need to be regulations for the drug companies, insurance companies, etc. I inadvertently received a bill from My PMC, when I was on medicaid for Medicaid billing. I had asked before what the office call cost. I was told $25 and they had billed Medicaid $38. This is wrong.
My daughter had her tonsils out and again I got the bill, but not Medicaid, and they charged for 2 more days and therapy. Regulations needed again.
I don't think the BIG complicated, expensive reform the democrats are proposing is needed at that cost. It is ridicules and not needed. Make it simple and the politicians and constituents will go with it.
Think about it. make changes and get it to the President. He may like it.
