In order to help prevent adverse drug interactions or the over prescribing of medications for individuals, a centralized confidential database can be set-up or improved to maintain history, no matter how many times a person changes health plans. For example, data from the telepaid system could be stored in a central location to be leveraged among professionals who prescribe and dispense medications, and who care for these patients, as regulated by government and industry standards.
