Eliminate Profit

Health care should not be paying profits to anyone but healthcare providers not to insurance companies. Also get rid of the administration costs and unnecessary tests and profit motive for doctors who engage in medical testing. They should not earn a profit each time they order a test for a patient. Let them earn profits by investing like everyong else.
