C-sections

OB-GYN's perform far too many C-sections. Prior to the last two generations, C-sections were seldom heard of, yet, both my daughters and two nieces had more than one C-section. I don't know what the cost difference between the two but I'll bet it's consideraable. Is is really necessary or is it a money maker for the OB-Gyn's, or for their convenience? We need more midwives.
