Women's annual exams, including mammography and bone density scans, should be subsidized by the government if the woman does not have insurance. Any doctor refusing to provide this care should have his/her license suspended.
Better still, the government should set up clinics around the country to take care of these exams for women at no or minimal cost, depending on what the woman can pay.

This is true. Women, but people in general do not have the right insurance or none at all. It seems that it is just to much to pay for the premiums. Some companys continue to raise the premiums monthly. Or they charge more for those who only work part time than what they do for someone who works full time. Yet again there is the fact that we can not get help through our states for health care unless we are pregnant or a certain age or disabled. So why not just let the unpaid bill end up on out credit reports, that there sometimes is cheaper than what you end up paying for in a whole year of monthly premiums for insurance that anymore doesnt even seem to help you when you really need it, or there are to many loops to jump through.
